If there is one thing I would do in Baguio repeatedly is to sip a coffee while enjoying the cold weather and appreciating the nature around me. Hot Cat Specialty Coffee offers all of it — Good coffee, cold weather, and a place surrounded by nature.

Having coffee for breakfast is one of my daily routines, so a visit to Hot Cat Specialty Coffee is a wonderful experience and a must. It is located just a few kilometers from Burnham Park. Its store is small but the dining area is what makes it stand out because you’ll have an amazing view of nature. I ordered Spanish Latte and the very delicious Smoked Ham and Cheese Croissant. The coffee is great but I’ll never forget the croissant. It is probably the best croissant I’ve ever tasted! The food and coffee will surely make me visit this coffee shop again.
